At Fraser Coast Family Networks, we know that quality support staff are key to ensuring delivery of our world class supports. Our support staff have access to our own online training platform to further their knowledge and provide extra insight and information on a huge range of relevant subjects. This has grown from humble beginnings into Metas Training, which is owned and operated as a social enterprise by Fraser Coast Family Networks.
Metas Training is nearing 5000 training modules delivered to our staff. This means our staff have access to the information they need to provide expert support for our very diverse range of participants across our multiple locations. The Metas Training online education service is available to other small business in the area, with customised courseware and full online delivery and reporting available. This of course is not for profit and all proceeds go towards helping deliver our supports.
